Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the minimum legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use the Service. By accessing AiGoalBot you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country or region. We do not target users in jurisdictions where accessing football prediction content or gambling-related information is prohibited by law.

2. Nature of the Service — Not Betting Advice

AiGoalBot publishes live in-match signals — an estimate, generated by machine learning models, of how likely a goal is in the minutes ahead — for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• Betting advice or a recommendation to place any bet
• A guarantee, warranty, or representation of any match outcome
• A promise of profit or return on any wager

Past win rates and historical performance displayed on the Service are provided for transparency only and are not indicative of future results. Gambling involves risk; you may lose money.

3. Account Registration

Access to certain features requires you to create an account using your Google account via Google OAuth. By doing so you authorise us to receive and store the basic profile information provided by Google (name, email address, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent any feature restriction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Service without our express written permission
• Reproduce, republish, sell, or redistribute signals or content from AiGoalBot for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for any breach of this section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to predictions, AI models, the AiGoalBot signal engine and its underlying pattern rules, software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of AiGoalBot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

6. Pricing & Service Changes

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce a paid tier for access to the live signal board or other functionality in the future. We send no email, so any such change will be announced on the Service and reflected in these Terms before it takes effect.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction, statistic, or other content published on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AiGoalBot, its operators, directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Financial losses, gambling losses, or loss of profits
• Loss of data, business, or goodwill
• Damages arising from reliance on any signal, statistic, or other content published on the Service

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiGoalBot and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any gambling or betting activity you undertake in connection with content from the Service.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as bookmakers or sports data providers). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing any linked site is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved by informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you are entitled to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We send no email, so changes are announced here rather than by message and we encourage you to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
